3) I understand that my passport expiration date needs to be at least 6 months after the last day of my trip.

4) I understand that it is my responsibility to meet the group at 1:30 pm, March 27, at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion airport arrival area.

5) I understand that parts of the itinerary or speakers may change, or not be available, due to extenuating circumstances.

6) I understand if I am not on time for the bus while touring, I will need to meet the group by taxi.

7) I understand that I am responsible for all tour payments by the appropriate deadlines: PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $350 non-refundable deposit due upon registration; 2nd payment due January 15, 2025, and the remaining balance and copy of passport due February 15, 2025.

8) I understand that, UNLESS THE TOUR IS CANCELLED, I am responsible for all applicable cancellation fees: $350 up until January 14, 2025; 50% of the tour cost from January 15 thru February 14, 2025, and 100% of the tour cost from February 15, 2025 thru date of departure. Should Joan Peace Travel cancel the trip, all of my tour payments will be refunded, minus any charge card processing fees I incurred. If I decide to cancel, all of the above cancellation fees apply.

9) I understand that my tour deposit payment constitutes an agreement between the parties as well as an acknowledgement that I have read and understand all policies, terms, and conditions regarding the tour and I agree to the policies, terms, and conditions without amendment, deletion, or addition. I RELEASE Joan Peace Travel, Sar-El Tour Operators, the tour guide and bus driver, and any other parties responsible for different aspects of this tour. They assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries, illness, inconvenience, activity cancellations, theft, property damage, irregularity, or incidental damages occasioned by unplanned circumstances or by any person or reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, events such as strikes, pandemics, revolts, wars, natural disasters, closures of airports and/or hotels, default or omission of any common or private carrier or the default, negligence or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities to or included in this tour or any part thereof. Enrollment in and payment for the tour constitutes my acceptance of the program conditions and this Liability Release. The program conditions become a binding contract when my registration and payment are received.
