Service Clarifications

TRIP COST: Prices are per person based upon double occupancy and a minimum of 20 travelers. Eleven Day Tour: $3,295; For 15-19 passengers: add an extra $200.

INCLUSIONS: 11 touring days; 10 nights of 4-star hotels, full Israeli-style breakfast buffet and dinner daily; two lunches; top Messianic tour guide; travel by private, deluxe air-conditioned motor coach; entrance fees to all included itinerary sites; all porterage, taxes, and gratuities. The package price also includes specialized materials provided by Joan Peace.
EXCLUSIONS: Airfare, transportation to Jaffa on March 1, travel insurance, lunches (two included); expenses of a personal nature

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: This is an additional fee for rooming alone. For the full Ten Day Tour, the single supplement is $1039.

ROOMMATES: The tour price is based upon double occupancy. If you need help finding a roommate, let us know in your registration form. There is an additional Single Supplement fee that will be applied if you are among the last to register and we cannot provide a roommate for you, so register early!

PRICING: Prices are based off current foreign exchange rates and are subject to change.

REGISTRATION: A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person, along with completed online Registration, is required for securing your spot on this tour.

PAYMENTS: Payments routed to Israel through the tour leader must be made in U.S. funds. You can pay be Zelle; send to joanpeace@gmail.com. Credit cards payments on the website will incur an additional 4% fee. Make checks payable to Joan Peace and write “Stand with Israel Tour” on the check memo. The mailing address is Joan Peace, 28009 Lemonwood Dr., Menifee CA 92584.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A non-refundable deposit of $400 is due upon registration. 50% of the remaining tour cost is due by November 15, 2025. The final 50% and copy of your passport is due by January 15, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made by email to joanpeacetravel@gmail.com. If you cancel after the final payment deadline specified in your tour brochure and your roommate cannot find a replacement, you are also liable for his or her single supplement cost. Refunds are processed in accordance with the Tour Operator's (Vered HaSharon) cancellation decision and are subject to the fees listed below. ​

CANCELLATION FEES: $400 non-refundable deposit upon registration; November 15 – January 14, 2026: 50% of tour cost; January 15, 2026 thru February 28, 2026: 100% of tour cost

CANCELLATION OF TOUR: Joan Peace reserves the right to cancel the tour at her sole discretion – based on conditions which make it impossible for the tour to take place; such as war, increased terror attacks, earthquakes, country closures, required vaccinations, or other critical issues. This includes not having a minimum number of tour participants. . If the trip is cancelled, you will be fully refunded for your deposit and any payments that have been made toward the tour, minus your airfare costs and credit card charges.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: All participants are encouraged to take out travel insurance soon after registration. If you purchase within 10-14 days of your registration deposit , it will include all pre-existing health conditions.

VISA REQUIRED NOW: Israel now requires a visa for entry: The Israeli Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) costs 25 Israeli Shekel ($7), which is less than $7. Go to israel-entry.piba.gov.il.​ Complete the ETA-IL application form. Pay the fee using a valid payment method. Submit your application. Wait for a response via email. The application is usually processed within 72 hours, but most applicants receive a response immediately. It is still recommended to apply by February 1, 2026.
PASSPORTS: All passengers are required to have a valid passport to depart or re-enter the USA. A copy of your passport will be required at time of final payment. Your passport MUST NOT EXPIRE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER THE DATE YOU WILL RETURN HOME.

PASSPORT NAME: You must verify that all official documents match your passport name prior to your airline ticket being written.
​
VACCINES: There are currently no vaccines required by Israel.

PUNCTUALITY: I understand that it is my responsibility to meet the group on March 1 at 10:00 am at Kdumim Square, Jaffa. If I am lodging the night before (February 28) at the Dan Panorama, Tel Aviv, the bus will pick me up at 9:30 am. Also, I understand that if I am not on time for the bus while touring, I will need to meet the group by taxi and/or train at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Netanya. Israel Railways provides train service from Ben Gurion Airport to the Netanya Train Station (the main one, not Sapir) every half hour. There is one 4-minute stop in Tel Aviv - you may need to wait for the next train 30 minutes later. If you can make the change in 4 minutes, the trip is a total of 56 minutes, much shorter than taxi or driving (up to two hours with traffic). Cost: $6-8.

ITINERARY CHANGES: I understand that parts of the itinerary or speakers may change, or not be available, due to extenuating circumstances.

AGREEMENT: I understand that my tour deposit payment constitutes an agreement between the parties and an acknowledgement that I have read and understand all policies, terms, and conditions regarding the tour and agree to the policies, terms, and conditions without amendment, deletion, or addition. I RELEASE Joan Peace, Vered Hasharon Travel & Tours, the tour guide and bus driver, and any other parties responsible for different aspects of this tour. They assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries, illness, inconvenience, activity cancellations, theft, property damage, irregularity, or incidental damages occasioned by unplanned circumstances or by any person or reason whatsoever including but not limited to events such as strikes, pandemics, revolts, wars, natural disasters, closures of airports and/or hotels, default or omission of any common or private carrier or the default, negligence or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities to or included in this tour or any part thereof. Enrollment in and payment for the tour constitutes my acceptance of the program conditions and this Liability Release. The program conditions become a binding contract when my registration and payment are received. I agree to these Terms and Conditions in full and understand that I am responsible for all payments by the appropriate deadlines and a travel and health insurance policy is highly recommended.

SERVICE CLARIFICATIONS:
Role of Organizer: Joan Peace is an author, researcher, and independent tour organizer. As a specialist in Israel travel and resources, Joan Peace operates as a private consultant and coordinator rather than a general travel agency. All technical travel fulfillment—including accommodations, transportation, and site coordination—is provided by our licensed partner in Israel, Vered HaSharon Travel & Tours.

Contractual Standing: Joan Peace acts as the group coordinator and facilitator for this journey. Please be advised that the primary travel contract for land services is held by the tour operator (Vered HaSharon).
​
Financial Coordination: Joan Peace collects and manages funds as a fiduciary group coordinator. These funds are used for the disbursement to the primary tour operator, as well as for essential group operational expenses, including additional local vendors, itinerary coordination, and organizer travel costs.
​
Finality of Terms: This document serves as a clarification of the roles and financial structures of the tour. All dates, fees, and liability releases previously agreed upon remain in full effect.
