TOUR PRICES - LAND ONLY FOR REGISTRATION BY OCTOBER 15, 2025: $3,295 per person based upon double occupancy and a minimum of 20 travelers. If there are only 15 – 19 passengers, an additional $200 per person will be required. (Single Room Occupancy Supplement - $1039)

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 

• $400 non-refundable deposit ($416 if paid by credit card) is due upon registration. (If tour is cancelled, all of tour payments are fully refundable). 

• $1,448 double occupancy ($1,506 credit card) or $1,967.50 single occupancy ($2,046.00 credit card) is due by November 15, 2025.

• $1,448 double occupancy ($1,506 credit card) or $1,967.50 single occupancy ($2,045.00 credit card) and passport copy is due by January 15, 2026. 

 

PAYMENT TYPE: MUST BE MADE IN U.S. FUNDS. Payments are made to group leader, Joan Peace, who will transfer payment to the Israeli Tour Operator, Vered Hasharon Travel Group. You can pay one of three methods: 1) Zelle to joanpeace@gmail.com, 2) Pay by credit cards payments on this website (which will incur an additional 4% fee), or 3) Pay by check. Make checks payable to Joan Peace Travel and write “Israel Tour” on the check memo. The mailing address is Joan Peace, 28009 Lemonwood Dr., Menifee CA  92584.

 

FLIGHTS: As far as your flight tickets, you are on your own, but I am happy to assist. I recommend purchasing refundable flight tickets or those that can be used as vouchers should we be forced to cancel. El Al Airlines is partnered with Delta regarding the use of points. It is highly recommended that you either fly all the way on El Al or fly to another location like Athens or Vienna and take El Al from there to Tel Aviv and back. 

 

PASSPORT: Be proactive if you do not have a current passport! All passengers are required to have a valid passport to depart or re-enter the USA. Your passport MUST NOT EXPIRE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER THE DATE YOU RETURN HOME.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is NOT included in the trip price, but HIGHLY recommended - at least medical travel insurance. In case you have to cancel for a legitimate reason covered by travel insurance, you will be refunded all of your payments that are non-refundable.

ROOMMATES: The tour price is based upon double occupancy. If you need help finding a roommate, let us know in your registration form. Without a roommate, you are responsible to pay for the single supplement.
