TOUR COST PER PERSON: $3,295 DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

SINGLE ROOM ADDITIONAL FEE: $1039

INCLUSIONS:

  • 10 nights at 4-star hotels

  • 11 touring/activity days with top Messianic tour guide

  • Full Israeli-style breakfast buffet and dinner daily; two lunches

  • Travel by private, deluxe air-conditioned motor coach

  • Entrance fees to all included itinerary sites

  • All porterage, taxes, and gratuities

 EXCLUSIONS:

  • Airfare 

  • Lunches (except for two provided)

  • Transportation to Jaffa meeting point on March 1

  • Travel insurance 

  • Expenses of a personal nature

TRIP INFORMATION

TOUR PRICES – LAND ONLY (for registration by October 15, 2025):
$3,295 per person based on double occupancy and a minimum of 20 travelers. If there are only 15–19 passengers, an additional $200 per person will be required. Single Room Occupancy Supplement: $1,039

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • $400 non-refundable deposit ($416 if paid by credit card) is due upon registration. If the tour is cancelled by Joan Peace or the licensed tour operator, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

  • Second Payment – November 15, 2025: $1,448 double occupancy ($1,506 credit card) or $1,967.50 single occupancy ($2,046 credit card)

  • Final Payment – January 15, 2026: $1,448 double occupancy ($1,506 credit card) or $1,967.50 single occupancy ($2,045 credit card) plus a copy of your passport

 

By enrolling, participants acknowledge the risks outlined in the Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability agreement and accept financial responsibility as described above.

PAYMENT METHOD

  • MUST BE MADE IN U.S. FUNDS.

  • Payments are made to Joan Peace, who will transfer payments directly to the licensed Israeli Tour Operator, Vered HaSharon Travel Group, for fulfillment of contracted services.

  • Joan Peace does not act as a travel agent and is not responsible for services provided by the licensed tour operator.

FLIGHTS

  • Participants are responsible for purchasing their own flights.

  • Refundable or changeable tickets are strongly recommended in case of unforeseen cancellation.

  • El Al Airlines is partnered with Delta regarding points usage. Travelers may fly all the way on El Al or use alternate cities (e.g., Athens or Vienna) to connect.

  • Joan Peace is not responsible for airline issues, ticket changes, or cancellations.

 

PASSPORT

  • All travelers must have a valid passport to depart the USA and re-enter.

  • Your passport must not expire for at least six months after your return date.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended, especially medical coverage.

  • Participants are responsible for filing claims with their insurance provider. Joan Peace is not responsible for reimbursement beyond the licensed tour operator’s refund policy.

 

ROOMMATES

  • Tour prices assume double occupancy.

  • Assistance in finding a roommate is available upon request.

  • Without a roommate, participants are responsible for the single supplement.

  • 50% of total tour cost

Jan 15 – Feb 28, 2026

  • 100% of total tour cost

  • Special note: In the event the tour is cancelled for reasons of safety, government advisory, or emergency, refunds will be issued accordingly.
