TRAVEL INSURANCE: CLICK HERE to understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance in today's world. Travel insurance which includes trip cancellations or interruptions, COVID-related expenses, international emergencies, acts of terrorism, injury or accident, loss of, damage to, or theft of luggage and health insurance is NOT included — but highly recommended. All participants are encouraged to take out travel insurance soon after registration (purchase within 10-14 days of deposit will include all pre-existing conditions). VACCINES:  There are currently no vaccines required by Celestyal Cruises or Israel. We will let you know if this changes and the cruise and Israel tour would be cancelled – so be sure you have the right travel insurance.

PASSPORTS:  All passengers are required to have a valid passport to depart or re-enter the USA. A copy of your passport will be required at the time of final payment. Your passport MUST NOT EXPIRE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER THE DATE YOU WILL RETURN HOME. 

To find the nearest office, look in the U. S. Government Offices listings of your telephone book under “Postal Services – Passport Information.” This should be done immediately. An embossed birth certificate (with a raised seal) is required to obtain a passport. To obtain a birth certificate, contact the Hall of Records in the county in which you were born.

PASSPORT NAME:  You must verify that all official documents match your passport name prior to airline tickets being written.

PAYMENTS: Payments must be made in U.S. funds. Credit cards payments on the website will incur an additional 4% fee. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: This is an additional fee for rooming alone. 


ROOMMATES:  The tour price is based upon double occupancy. If you need help finding a roommate, let us know in your registration form. There is an additional Single Supplement fee that will be applied if you are among the last to register and we cannot provide a roommate for you, so register early!


CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations must be emailed to If you cancel after September 25, 2023, and your roommate cannot find a replacement, you are also liable for his or her single supplement cost – unless covered by your travel insurance.


CANCELLATION OF CRUISE OR TOUR: Joan Peace Travel reserves the right to cancel the cruise at its sole discretion – based on conditions which make it impossible for the cruise to take place, such as war, terror attacks, earthquakes, country closures, required vaccinations, or other critical issues. 


AGREEMENT: My cruise and/or Israel tour registration deposit constitutes an agreement between me and all other parties, as well as an acknowledgement that I have read, understand, and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions regarding the tour without amendment, deletion or addition. I understand that I am responsible for all payments by the appropriate deadlines. I RELEASE Joan Peace Travel, Celestyal Cruises, tour guides, bus drivers (and any other parties involved in organizing different aspects of this trip) from any liability or responsibility for injuries, inconvenience, illness, theft, property damage, irregularity, or incidental damages occasioned by circumstances beyond their control. This also includes, but is not limited to, events such as strikes, revolts, wars, natural disasters, country, airport, hotel, or cruise closures, default, or omission of any common or private carrier or the default, negligence or omission of and by any third-party providing services or facilities to or included in this tour or any part thereof. Enrollment in and payment for the cruise constitutes my acceptance of the program conditions and this Agreement. I understand these conditions become a binding contract when my registration paperwork and payment are received. I agree to these Terms and Conditions in full and understand that a travel and health insurance policy is highly recommended.

TRIP COST AND INCLUSIONS: 7 nights cruise accommodations per person double occupancy, four excursions: Egypt, Israel, Rhodes, and Ephesus, special meetings with prophecy speakers, all meals except for lunch in Israel, 25% discount on specialty dining, unlimited classic drink package, onboard entertainment and daily activities, one hour of Wi-Fi per day, all port fees, taxes, service charges, security, and crew gratuities.


EXCLUSIONS: Airfare is not included – CLICK HERE. You are responsible for booking your own airfare and meeting the group at Athens Piraeus Port at 3:15 pm on December 2, 2023. Other exclusions include: travel insurance – CLICK HERE, Athens’ hotels – CLICK HERE, transportation to and from Athens Port and Airport– CLICK HERE, excursions to Corinth (Pre-cruise), Cyprus, and Athens/Cape Sounio (post-cruise) - CLICK HERE, lunch in Israel, and expenses of a personal nature.


REGISTRATION: A non-refundable deposit of $450 per person, along with the completed Registration paperwork, is required for securing your spot on this cruise.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $450 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Registrations are processed on a space-available basis. 50% of the remaining tour cost (including optional excursions and hotel add-ons) is due by July 25, 2023. The final 50% and copy of your passport is due by September 25, 2023. 


CANCELLATION FEES: $450 non-refundable deposit upon registration; July 25 – September 24, 2023: 50% of cruise cost (including excursion and hotel add-ons); September 25, 2023 thru Date of Departure: 100% of cruise cost (including excursion and hotel)
