I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1) I understand that I am booking and paying for my own flight and the flight cost will most likely increase as time goes on. If also going on the Mediterranean Cruise, that includes the flight between Athens and Tel Aviv.

2) I understand that it is VERY IMPORTANT to research and purchase a comprehensive travel insurance includes COVID-19 related expenses and terrorism coverage. Few travel insurance companies cover both. A John Hancock Travel Insurance quote can be retrieved on this site. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS INVALUABLE FOR RETRIEVAL OF PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION FEES FOR COVERED CANCELLATIONS.

3) I understand that my passport expiration date must be at least 6 months after the last day of my trip. As soon as I have a current passport, I will provide a copy of my passport to Joan Peace Travel.

4) I understand that it is my responsibility to meet the group at assigned times and places.

5) I understand if I am not on time for the bus that I will need to meet the group by taxi.

6) I understand that parts of the itinerary may change due to extenuating circumstances. (We will do everything in our power to keep the itinerary as presented).

7) I understand that I am responsible for all tour payments by the appropriate deadlines: PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $350 non-refundable deposit due upon registration; 2nd payment due July 25, 2023, and the remaining balance due September 25, 2023.

8) I understand that I am responsible for all cancellation fees if I cancel by these dates: $350 up until July 24, 2023; 50% of the tour cost from July 25 through September 24, 2023, 100% of the tour cost from September 25, 2023 until December 9, 2023..

9) I HAVE READ and agree to all the tour TERMS AND CONDITIONS in the orange box below.

10) I RELEASE Joan Peace Travel, Sar-El Tour Operators, the tour guide and bus driver, and any other parties responsible for different aspects of this tour as delineated in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
